Support for the Project Manager in managing projects from start to finish, overseeing construction and Package management.

The Project:

A £120m new build RC frame social/private housing project which is part of the Hackney regeneration. Phase 2b, which will be built on the site of the old Britannia Leisure Centre, is the first part of a residential development and includes the design and build of four residential blocks.

These will range in height from three to 25 storeys and include homes of a mixed tenure. The scheme will include 81 affordable homes and 314 for private sale.

Main Responsibilities:

* Health & safety.

* Programme and contract management.

* Site logistics.

* Resource management.

* QA.

* Meetings

* Snagging and handover management.

* Commercial awareness.

We’re Looking For:

* BSc in Construction management or equivalent.

* SMSTS.

* Ability to use 4 Projects and read/ communicate drawing.

* Knowledge MS Projects or ASTA Power Projects.

* Ability to use Fieldview.
