The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships with both technical and non-technical people from all levels across our business.The role is expected to proactively contribute to the technical solutions community, promote innovation, and share knowledge of industry best practices.
The successful candidate is expected to– Closely collaborate with a large network of stakeholders– Run effective stakeholder workshops.– Write high quality, clear User Stories– Support estimates for resource and time to deliver User Stories– Work with Technical Solutions teams to plan and prioritize systems changes and enhancements.– Become a domain expert for specific products and associated systems.– Work proactively with business owners and technical solutions leadership to maintain and prioritised product development and backlog.
Required experience– Undergraduate Degree in Economic, Supply Chain/Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science– Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.– Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). – Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
