We’re on the hunt for an experienced Application Helpdesk Analyst to join a truly exciting sports tech company in London and hit the ground running as their Senior Application Analyst.

Our client partners with many international elite sports clubs and premiership football clubs, so this role would definitely be suited to someone with a passion for tech and sports, although it is not a prerequisite.
They are offering a salary up to £50k, hybrid working, daily subsidised lunch in the office, 24 days annual leave (plus BH), pension scheme, and more!
Key responsibilities as the Senior Application Helpdesk Analyst will include:
- Technical incident management (call logging, troubleshooting, escalation etc)
- Product support and maintenance (hardware and software), primarily through remote access
- PC and server software installations, configuration and testing of bespoke software
- End user training
- Documenting critical and routine procedures and end user literature
- Out of hours event support (sporting and other events) both remotely and on site
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues
- Liaising with clients when required, to assist with technical issues
- Providing support for the Development Team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in similar Tech / Application / Service desk Support roles (c3+ years experience)
- Comfortable using T-SQL
- Good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- Proactive ability to solve client demands and prioritise tasks
- Relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications are advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid report writing and presentation capabilities
- Confident communication skills
- Proactive team player
