Job Overview

As a Sub Agent, you’ll assist Project Managers in delivering water and wastewater projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. You’ll coordinate with teams on-site and in the office, maintain client relationships, and manage project timelines and documentation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with planning and executing water and wastewater projects.
  • Coordinate with site and office teams to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project timelines from contract award to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure contract requirements and project documentation are met and delivered.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in project management or delivery, ideally in the utilities or M&E engineering sectors.
  • Experience in the UK water industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater processes is beneficial.
