Our client is a well-established supplier of commercial kitchen equipment services, across a wide range of sectors. We are looking for someone from a Service Desk Administrator/ Customer Service Background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail who will: * ensure all new calls are allocated to engineers in a timely manner * will effectively plan engineers call-outs to customers and ensure the work is allocated effectively * continually communicate with customers should any problems arise on site * monitoring and dealing with service call outs via the service desk email boxAre you: * IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products) * able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers * a strong team player * customer service focused * a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail * have strong experience in a service desk role (minimum 2 years ideally)The role is office based with a salary of up to £23,000 plus benefits and a supplemental payment for any on call shifts (approximately one weekend in five)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £23,000.00 per yearBenefits: * Company pension * Health & well-being programme * On Site Parking…
