Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Administrator, within the Information, Advice and Guidance team in the School of Medical Sciences. This is a part time (0.5 FTE) post of 17.5 hours per week.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of university life, with proven experience and a passion for improving the Student Experience.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a good understanding of academic and student support procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught and/or undergraduate education.
You will also be able to work positively and respectfully with a range of students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and be highly self-motivated with the capacity to work flexibly both alone and as part of a team. There is a requirement to have a proactive approach to managing your workload in this role.
Excellent customer service skills are also a must as you’ll be providing a face-to-face information, advice and guidance service via our School Student Support Hub and delivering other student experience related activities to our taught students.

This role includes occasional evening work.
This role currently has a hybrid working option. Please note that it is a student-facing role and therefore there is a requirement to be primarily based on campus.
