Pastry Chef de Partie – George Club
We are looking for a motivated Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at George, an exclusive private members club, part of The Birley Clubs.
George is a contemporary private members club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the effective execution of the dishes in the section, ensuring consistent presentation and that the highest standards are achieved at all times. You will be responsible for developing the more junior chefs in the brigade to further develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or an experienced Pastry Demi Chef de Partie looking for their next promotion
- Worked in high quality restaurants, experience within a private members’ club an advantage
- A passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
- An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
