Location: Leeds, LS3Position: SEN Teaching AssistantDaily Rate: £90 – £110Contract: Full-Time

Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll work alongside teachers to provide support in the classroom, help deliver lessons, and offer individualised support to students.

Key Responsibilities Student Support:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students reach their academic potential.
  • Encourage independent learning and self-confidence.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Classroom Assistance:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons designed for SEN students.
  • Help maintain an organised and engaging classroom.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • A patient, flexible, and caring approach to working with students.
