Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll work alongside teachers to provide support in the classroom, help deliver lessons, and offer individualised support to students.
Key Responsibilities Student Support:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students reach their academic potential.
- Encourage independent learning and self-confidence.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons designed for SEN students.
- Help maintain an organised and engaging classroom.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A patient, flexible, and caring approach to working with students.
