Key Responsibilities and Duties, Skills and Expertise
- Demonstrate skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all children
- Deliver interventions effectively to support student progress.
- Assist teachers with lesson and activity planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Understand and fulfil responsibilities within the classroom and whole school context

- Strong understanding of children’s needs and the ability to provide appropriate support.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders including parents, carers, and professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to achieve common goals.
