SF are thrilled to be working with an established and growing consultancy business in Warwick who are currently looking for TUPE consultant to come and join their team on a temporary basis until April 2025.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing a complex TUPE transfer, someone who is confident to oversee a rapid, high-impact transfer process of up to 100 staff. This role is a short timeframe project that will have a particular focus on things such as; terms and conditions, pay, and benefits for a unionised workforce. This will be an ideal role for a consultant who can and has previously worked closely with trade unions, negotiate key aspects of the transfer, and secure alignment on the transition.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the full generalist TUPE background from building relationships to the strategic and technical side of TUPE as well as experience in change management and be adaptable to pace.
Day to day will include;– Lead a vast TUPE transfer from beginning to end– Conduct negotiations with trade unions and act as the main point of contact– Design and implement a structured consultation plan– Ensure employees receive effective communication on the TUPE process– Identify risks and manage all TUPE documentation
Skills/ Qualifications;– Previous and vast TUPE transfer experience– Understanding of unionised workforces– Proven ability to consult and negotiate– Strong attention to detail and communication skills– CIPD or equivalent preferred
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and start in December for this role in order to prepare for the transfer upcoming in January 2025. Hybrid working pattern 3/4 days on site and paying up to £700 per day.
